Wear them around the house on a clean floor. Walk, stand, sit at your desk. Give them a proper try, the way you’d move on a work day.
2. Decide within 7 days.
Keep the pair that feels right. If it doesn’t, send it back within 7 days of delivery.
3. Full refund.
Send them back in sellable condition and we refund the full price to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving them.

Which countries?
Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
What condition?
Clean soles, not worn outdoors, in the original box and packaging. We can only take back pairs we could sell again.
How do I return them?
Singapore and Hong Kong: post them to Lucca Vudor, Beauty World Centre #02-30, 144 Upper Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 588177.
Malaysia: post them to Lucca Vudor, Atria Shopping Gallery G-15, Jalan SS 22/23, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
For Malaysia and Hong Kong, return postage is paid by you. Then email admin@luccavudor.com or WhatsApp +65 9073 9848 with your order number.

Singapore: we deliver the new size or colour in 2 working days, subject to stock. Malaysia and Hong Kong: one free size exchange per order.
