At the moment, no exchanges are allowed for international orders, only returns.
The terms for international returns are as such:
➜ Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer
➜ Refunds are in Store Credits i.e. the price paid for the item in SGD (disregarding exchange rates and other misc. fees)
➜ Store credits are non-exchangeable for cash and valid one year from date of issue
➜ Customer to reach out and arrange details of the return on a case-by-case basis
➜ The returned product will have to be determined to be in its original condition before the return is approved. We reserve the right to reject any product that does not meet this requirement.
